GYMBRACE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Physical Products (Knee Straps & Support Kits)

We offer a 30-day return period for all physical products from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Digital Products (Mobility Programs)

Digital downloads cannot be refunded once downloaded or accessed. This policy exists because digital content cannot be returned like physical items. We're confident in the quality of our mobility programs and offer full customer support if you have questions about the content.

Support Bundles (Physical + Digital Items)

For bundles containing both physical and digital components:

• Physical items can be returned within 30 days following the physical product policy above
• Digital components are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
• Partial refunds are available for the physical portion only

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
